If you had asked me 15 years ago what my life would be like today, it would look completely different than what it has turned out to be! Upon college graduation, I had that "list" of things I would never do, from staying at home with kids to driving a minivan. (Yeah...cross both of those off!) The latest to be crossed off the list is homeschooling, as we are starting our first year. The Lord says, "Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails." ~Proverbs 19:21. I am so thankful that His purposes for my life have led me down a path of unexpected joy that goes above and beyond what I could have imagined. This blog is an online journal of my experiences in homemaking, parenting, homeschooling, and walking in faith. I don't claim to be an expert in any of these areas, in fact, I know it is only by the grace of God that anything my hand touches turns out good! All praise belongs to Him.
